H-1B Specialty Occupation Visa
A visa for qualifying specialty-occupation employment. Registration and selection dates for cap-subject cases must be checked against USCIS announcements for that fiscal year.

- Annual quota: 65,000 + 20,000 (master's cap)
- Up to 6 years of stay
- Green card sponsorship eligible
O-1 Extraordinary Ability Visa
A non-immigrant visa for individuals who can document extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. A dedicated guide is available.

R-1 Religious Worker Visa

- Ministers, evangelists, missionaries, and other religious occupations

E-2 Treaty Investor Visa
Treaty investor visa based on the U.S.-Korea agreement. Issued upon making a substantial investment in a U.S. business.
- Available for Korean nationals
- Substantial capital investment required
- Renewal applications available while eligibility continues
- Spouse work authorization included
L-1 Intracompany Transfer Visa
Visa for employees transferred from a foreign parent company to a U.S. subsidiary or affiliate.
- 1+ year employment at related foreign company
- L-1A for managers / L-1B for specialized knowledge
- Up to 5-7 years of stay
- Green card conversion possible
F-1 Student Visa
Student visa for studying at U.S. educational institutions. Work experience available through OPT/CPT.
- Admission to a SEVIS-approved school
- Stay for duration of studies
- OPT: 1 year post-graduation work authorization
- STEM OPT: Additional 2-year extension
